We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.
Local Delivery Fee
A local delivery fee of $14.95, for each address, will be added to each order. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
Same-day delivery
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to ensure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Sundays
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Rural route addresses
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Sales Tax
Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 6.1%, applied to the amount of the order. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.
Order Changes
Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently for delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates, or addresses, for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at (520) 297-1165 or (800)960-0131. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
International Orders

Shipping Conditions
Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to guarantee shipment to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 7 to 10 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday. With regards to gift baskets, minor substitutions of particular items may be necessary in order to expedite your order. Please clearly indicate in Special Instructions if for some reason that is not acceptable.
APO/FPO Shipments
Due to restrictions of APO/FPO (AA,AE,AP) some of our items are not available for shipment. You may be contacted for a secondary selection for these address. APO/FPO addresses are not available for shipment for our Overnight Service, Next Day, or 2 Day shipping services. APO/FPO addresses only qualify for Priority 7-10 business day shipment ONLY.
