Part Time Delivery Driver

Part Time Openings Available.

We seek a part-time flower delivery driver with a flexible schedule is a must with availability from Monday - Saturday
We are a busy, fast-paced floral shop serving the Tucson & Marana area. We seek an enthusiastic & reliable floral worker to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Able to use GPS to locate delivery addresses
• General store cleaning -- sweeping, moping, emptying trash/recycling
• Keeping van clean and filling with gas via company credit card
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Candidate Attributes:
• Experience in a retail flower shop or hospitality industry makes a candidate more desirable
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and working independently
• The ability to multi-task
• Able to lift 40 pounds and go up/down a staircase
• Flexible work availability including weekends /schedule required
• Extended work hours required during major floral holidays
• Will be needed to make flower deliveries - Good driving record and State Drivers Licence will be required
• Friendly and great attitude with recipients of flowers & gifts when delivering

Job Requirements

  • Valid AZ State Driver's License in good standing
  • Knowledge of Tucson and Marana and use of maps and GPS
  • Pleasant personality a big plus!
  • Provide proof of clean driving record from ADOT
  • Quick and reliable - Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced enviroment.
  • Must be able to perform other duties in the shop, besides just driving and deliveries. We would also need you to lift and move boxes of product.
