COVID-19

Dear customers and friends,

Given the developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19, we at Casas Adobes Flower Shop want to assure you that we are taking every possible precaution to ensure the health and safety of our clients and employees alike. Our drivers will be wearing masks or facial coverings during delivery. Our staff in store will be wearing a mask to assist you. 

We're closely monitoring the situation and adhering to CDC protocols and guidelines. We are also regularly sanitizing all work stations, shared spaces and products.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food or fresh products like flowers; but as an additional precaution, we're offering no-contact delivery for those who prefer it. 

For this option, we will call recipients to arrange the delivery to be left in a protected location for the recipient to pick up. We ask that you please call and confirm these details with us prior to placing your order to ensure they're handled correctly.

We will continue to assess and address the situation as it evolves. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are in this together.

We know Tucson can be very hot. Fresh cut flowers and the sun aren't the best of friends when the temperatures get into the high 90's - 100's.  

With No Contact Delivery, We leave the order at the door in a protected area and take a picture for a record of delivery since we are not having anyone sign to accept. We will call recipient at the driveway, or ring bell or knock and go back to the delivery van.

If they do not answer the call, and it's really sunny and no shade at the front door or other part of the front of the house with out invading people's privacy, we will call recipient and get permission to leave in the sun or make other arrangements.  

We can deliver to some hospitals and some long-term care facilities. 

Some hospitals and assisted living communities are accepting deliveries at this time to the front office. We will call the hospital or facility for you and check if they are accepting deliveries at this time.

We will continue to fulfill and deliver orders to funeral homes and church services following CDC, state and county guidelines.

Our hours have changed to 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Friday. 

Saturday and Sunday CLOSED.

This may affect certain delivery times and orders so please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding future or current orders.

Extended Phone Hours: While we temporarily scale back our brick & mortar hours, we are still available to answer phones from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm local time (Monday-Friday) And Saturday 8:00am -12:00pm  to answer your questions and take orders.

Limited supplies and quantities are possible.

Due to COVID-19, flower growers, especially rose farmers, are having difficulty processing the crops in a timely manner. There are delays on certain colors of roses. We will do our best to get as close to your color selected as possible. If you do not want a substitution on color, please call us or send a message so we can discuss color selection with our current availability. Thank you for your understanding.
