How is Casas Adobes Flower Shop handling the COVID-19 pandemic?
Dear customers and friends,
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food or fresh products like flowers; but as an additional precaution, we're offering no-contact delivery for those who prefer it.
For this option, we will call recipients to arrange the delivery to be left in a protected location for the recipient to pick up. We ask that you please call and confirm these details with us prior to placing your order to ensure they're handled correctly.

Are you making deliveries to Hospitals, Funeral Homes, and Long-Term Care Facilities?
We can deliver to all local hospitals and long-term care facilities.
Local hospitals and assisted living communities are accepting deliveries at this time to the front office.
Recipients in ICU cannot receive any type of deliveries at this time.
We ask for your patience and understanding in this matter.

We will continue to fulfill and deliver orders to funeral homes and church services following CDC, state and county guidelines.
Will there be changes to my order with container selection?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, supplies from certain manufacturers are having difficulty securing a variety of glassware, stoneware, ceramics and other unique products we are used to having in stock. We will do our best to get as close to the product you are selecting. If you do not want a substitution, please call us or send a message so we can discuss the selection with our current availability. Thank you for your understanding.
Will there be any changes to flower availability?
Limited supplies and quantities are possible.
Due to COVID-19, flower growers, especially rose farmers, are having difficulty processing the crops in a timely manner. There are delays on certain colors of roses. We will do our best to get as close to your color selected as possible. If you do not want a substitution on color, please call us or send a message so we can discuss color selection with our current availability. Thank you for your understanding.
